Apple Pie

This is what the end result looks like.



Notes: use deep dish crust
keep top crust loose if you can
cut a fairly large hole in the top crust
pour SLOWLY while both pie and custard are pretty hot

Do not cut the pie until it is fully chilled or the insides go EVERYWHERE.
