We did make those apple thingys and they were yummy but I think I need a lot more practice deep frying stuff. I don't think they were cooked properly. They were almost as good leftover as they were fresh but I did throw out a bunch of them.

That chicken stew recipe post made me want to make that - I think it'll be dinner one of these days.

Sarah - on friday Chelsea and I were in the backyard with river and I found newborn baby bunnies in a hole in the middle of my yard. It was scary, I moved a big pile of dead grass to throw it away and saw pink fuzzy things squirming around. It made me jump back and yell "oh my gosh!!" which then scared Chelsea haha I thought they were mice or rats at first but they are definitely bunnies. I have a ton of adult bunnies in my yard (darn rabbit poo everywhere....)and last year there were baby bunnies in my garage. But, they are sooo cute! Wish you could be here to see them. Hopefully we can take a pic and post it up here soon before they leave the nest.
